The life story of the legendary actress Savitri has been titled Mahanati and the film is one among the most awaited films. Nag Ashwin directed the film and Keerthy Suresh reprised the role of Savitri in the biopic. The movie has been made on a massive budget and it has a list of top actors and actresses. Dulquer Salman, Samantha and Vijay Devarakonda played other crucial roles in Mahanati. Mohan Babu, Prakash Raj, Bhanu Priya and Naga Chaitanya will be seen in other crucial roles. The entire post-production work of the movie has been wrapped up recently.
Mahanati completed all the censor formalities and the film has been awarded clean U certificate. The movie received wide appreciation from the members of censor board. Mickey J Mayor composed the music and Vyjayanthi Movies, Swapna Cinema produced the film. Mahanati has been announced for May 9th release across the globe.
