Now, we have exclusively learned that Jeethu Mohandas is in talks with Lady Superstar Nayanthara to play the role of Yash's sister in 'Toxic'. Sources familiar with the development say Geethu Mohandas and Yash have met with Nayanthara several times in recent weeks and negotiations are currently moving in the right direction. “Nayantara has expressed interest in Toxic and the logistics are being sorted out. "She has portrayed a strong woman perfectly and is a perfect fit for the younger sister. Nayanthara is impressed that Jeethu Mohandas has written such a strong female character and is able to relate to her vision well," the source added.

Jeethu Mohandas and Yash are also happy to have Nayanthara in the film. "Discussions are ongoing and the teams are working together to get the logistics in place. If all goes well, the makers plan to onboard Nayanthara within the next two weeks," the source said. For those who don't know, Toxic stars Kiara Advani as the female lead, who plays Yash's romantic partner.
