
Gasoline prices in Florida went down for the night consecutive day on Sunday.

"Gas prices were knocked off their seasonal upward trend, when new data revealed record-high refinery activity, setting off market concerns of a gasoline glut," said Auto Club Group spokesperson, Mark Jenkins. "When refineries finished spring maintenance season, they accelerated production to levels that have outpaced demand. Because of this unexpected shift in fundamentals, motorists have likely seen the highest prices for the foreseeable future and retail prices should fall a few cents more this week."
The average retail price in Florida is $2.42 is 3 cents more than the national average. According to a data provided, about 120,000 gas stations in the country, based on credit card swipes and direct feeds in cooperation with the Oil Price Information Service and Wright Express for unmatched statistical reliability.
According to the data Florida gas prices averaged $2.41 in April, with retail price averages ranging between $2.30 and $2.47 per gallon.
